Duties
- Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, and patios
- Minor flower bed maintenance
- Operating and maintaining lawn equipment
- Ensuring properties are left clean and professional-looking
- Requirements
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Must be able to lift 40 Ibs
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
- Experience working with power tools such as trimmers, blowers, excavators, and other landscaping equipment is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks and client satisfaction
