Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, fertilizing, and watering plants.
- Operate machinery such as excavators for larger landscaping projects.
- Implement irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth.
- Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Assist with hardscape installation such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Manage snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and practices is beneficial.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment is essential.
- Experience with gardening techniques and plant care is a plus.
