Landscape Maintenance Crew Member / Driver
JMAS Texas Lawn Care Corp. | Katy, TX | Full-time
JMAS Texas Lawn Care is looking for a dependable landscape maintenance crew member who can also drive a company truck and trailer. This position involves maintaining commercial properties and HOA common areas throughout Katy and surrounding communities.
What you’ll do -
- Drive a company truck and equipment trailer safely between job sites
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow landscaped areas
- Trim shrubs, weed flower beds, and maintain a clean, professional appearance at each property
- Help install mulch, seasonal flowers, fertilizer, and other landscape materials
- Load, unload, secure, and care for tools and equipment
- Report irrigation problems, damaged equipment, and property concerns to the crew leader
- Follow safety procedures and work with the crew to complete assigned routes
- What we’re looking for
- Previous landscape maintenance experience
- A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Experience driving a truck and pulling, backing, and parking a trailer
- Ability to safely operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in Texas weather
- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred
- Irrigation knowledge and experience maintaining commercial properties or HOA common areas are a plus.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: Based on experience
