The Landscape Account Manager reports to the Director of Sales/Revenue.
Role
As the Residential Landscape Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our residential/commercial clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional landscaping services. You will collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our residential landscape division.
Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with residential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness to client inquiries and concerns.
2. Project Coordination
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet and exceed client expectations.
3. Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure the quality of landscape installations and maintenance services.
- Address and resolve any client concerns related to project quality promptly and professionally.
4. Upselling and Expansion
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional landscape services based on client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.
Results

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and quality service delivery.
- Receive positive client feedback and testimonials.
