Your Responsibilities
- Learn and apply knowledge of our lawn care, pest control, and tree & shrub programs to recommend the best solutions
- Respond to warm leads from inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Follow up with prospects, prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide customers through service activation
- Close sales using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Recommend additional services to address reported issues
- Build strong customer relationships to support long-term retention
- Document interactions, track follow-ups, and stay organized using CRM tools
- Meet monthly and annual goals for conversions, response times, and sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills
Your Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Confident using computers, web-based tools, email, and basic spreadsheets
- Experience in phone-based customer service or sales (call centers, hospitality, retail, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Ability to sit and work at a computer and phone for extended periods of time
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 annually (hourly uncapped commission), plus incentives and a lucrative year-end bonus.
Schedule: Full-time, in-person position Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays and overtime required during peak season (spring & fall, scheduled in advance).
