Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Alexander, AR. The Account Manager will
manage a portfolio of customers and help grow accounts through excellent communication and smart recommendations.
Customer Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (phone, email, text)
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, coordinating with operations/technicians
- Proactively follow up after services, address questions, and reinforce value
- Support retention efforts (renewals, holds, save offers, and service calls)
Sales & Growth
- Recommend the best programs for each property: lawn fertilization & weed control, Tree & Shrub, and Pest services
- Make outbound calls/texts for upsells, renewals, and seasonal campaigns
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and explain program benefits clearly
- Meet weekly/monthly sales and retention goals and track results
Account Support & Admin
- Maintain accurate notes and customer details in our CRM
- Schedule and coordinate services with the office and field team
- Process payments, update billing preferences, and assist with installment options
- Document conversations, outcomes, and next steps
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable with goal-based work (sales/retention metrics)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Tech-savvy (CRM, email, spreadsheets, texting platforms)
- Prior experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or service advising is a plus
- Lawn, landscape, or pest industry experience is helpful—but not required (we’ll train the right person)
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
