What We’re Currently Looking For (Required To Apply)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent at least
- Driver’s License: Florida driver’s license with no violations in the last 5 years
- Screening: Clean background check and drug test
- Outdoorsy & Weather-Ready: Comfortable working in Florida heat, humidity, and changing weather
- Proud: Takes satisfaction in visible results and well-maintained properties
- Customer-Focused: Enjoys engaging with homeowners and helping them reach their goals
- Reliable: Shows up on time, prepared, and accountable
- Capable: Able to lift 50 lbs, operate equipment, and work safely outdoors
- Thorough: Notices issues and addresses them — not “spray and go”

- Get paid weekly w/ direct deposit
- Most of our techs make over $1,000 /week
- Base salary of $15/hour (:$600-715 / what your paid during training)
- Production bonuses for hitting service goals (typical techs add $100-200/week)
- Quality bonuses for keeping your service call count low (typical techs add $25-100/week)
- No Incident Bonuses for keeping the work place and customer properties safe ($500/quarter)
- Bonuses for good service reviews ($25 each)
- Commissions: Earn commissions with add-on services and new customers that your bring in (5% on everything you sell)
- End of year retention bonus above baseline ($0-$10,000)

- Schedule: Typically 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM, 4 x 10-hour shifts per week. Some overtime may be available or required. We don't typically work Saturdays.
