This role is perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, dependable, and enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive crew.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior lawn care or fertilizer experience, with a current applicator certification, is strongly preferred. Candidates without certification may be considered, but certification will be required.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Dependable transportation to and from work.
- A smartphone with data service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Safely prepare and load products each day.
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and seed using spreaders, sprayers, and hoses.
- Operate ride-on spreader/sprayer equipment carefully to ensure accurate applications across all lawn areas.
- Talk with customers on-site to explain services and answer questions.
- Report progress and updates to the office throughout your day.
