Lawn Fertilization Technician

Do you enjoy working outdoors and seeing the results of your hard work? We’re a fast-growing lawn care company looking for a Fertilizer Lawn Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, dependable, and enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive crew.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior lawn care or fertilizer experience, with a current applicator certification, is strongly preferred. Candidates without certification may be considered, but certification will be required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• A smartphone with data service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Safely prepare and load products each day.
• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and seed using spreaders, sprayers, and hoses.
• Operate ride-on spreader/sprayer equipment carefully to ensure accurate applications across all lawn areas.
• Talk with customers on-site to explain services and answer questions.
• Report progress and updates to the office throughout your day.
