Job Description:
Our law firm client seeks a Transactional Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience in real estate transactions, business law, landlord-tenant matters, commercial leasing, estate planning, or related areas. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills and be able to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on transactional and real estate matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare related documentation.
- Manage client files and maintain effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 β $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
