The Opportunity
The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA to support our client experience, online reputation, attorney recognition programs, and public-facing case summaries. This is an individual-contributor role perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, strengthening brand reputation, and coordinating marketing-related tasks, without managing staff. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully on-site role in our Irvine, CA office.

The Opportunity
The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Irvine, CA to support our client experience, online reputation, attorney recognition programs, and public-facing case summaries. This is an individual-contributor role perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, strengthening brand reputation, and coordinating marketing-related tasks, without managing staff. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully on-site role in our Irvine, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients through the case-closing and exit process
- Deliver settlement checks and explain disbursements
- Conduct client satisfaction outreach and gather feedback
- Request and track online reviews across Google, Yelp, etc.
- Identify trends in feedback and alert leadership
- Draft polished settlement summaries
- Submit results to external verdict/settlement databases
- Support PR with case information for media opportunities
- Submit attorneys for awards, rankings, and recognitions
- Maintain attorney profiles on platforms such as Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers, and Justia
- Ensure all credentials, results, and achievements remain updated
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, marketing, and PR
- Maintain accurate records of reviews, submissions, and profile updates
- Experience in Marketing or equivalent Associate's degree (Marketing preferred)
- Affable, personable, and professional
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong emotional intelligence and client-service mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
- Comfortable with online platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, Avvo, etc.)
- Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
- Compensation based on experience: $23.00 - $28.00 an hour
