We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience throughout their legal journey. As a Client Relations Manager, you will act as a key liaison between our clients and legal teams, ensuring that clients’ needs are met, questions are answered, and the overall legal process is smooth. You will work directly with clients to manage case progress, provide updates, and ensure that clients remain well-informed and confident in their case. This role requires an individual with both legal expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities:· Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their case as it transitions from intake to case management.· Prevent sub-outs by managing client expectations, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues or concerns that arise during the intake process.· Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that each client’s case is progressing efficiently and effectively.· Manage Client Success representatives to ensure timely responsiveness to clients.· Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.· Track and document all client interactions in the case management system.· Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and retention initiatives.· Ensure clients are satisfied with the service and experience throughout the entire legal process.· Support marketing or community outreach events as needed.Qualifications:· Must be fluent in Spanish.· Experience in client relationship management or customer service management is required.· Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.· Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.· Empathetic, patient, and adept at handling sensitive client situations.Benefits:401(k) Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off
