A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain case files with meticulous attention to detail and accurate calendaring of deadlines and court dates.
Draft and prepare detailed complaints, answers to interrogatories, demand packages.
Request, track, and manage medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
Follow up with clients to monitor treatment progress and ensure updates are communicated effectively.
Prepare statements of distribution and coordinate settlement disbursements.
Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients to facilitate case progression.
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
