Established personal injury law firm with 30 years of experience is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our office.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Draft settlement demands
- Negotiate settlements
- Organize case files and maintain deadlines
- Work closely with attorneys and staff
Qualifications
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
- Litigation secretary/legal assistant experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently
- Korean/English bilingual is a plus, but not required
