Job Summary
Hiring for a Paralegal with at least 2 (two) years experience in Residential and Commercial real estate to join our small but fast paced firm. Must be able to manage the full spectrum of tasks associated with real estate transactions. Must be able to work on files individually but also be comfortable being part of collaborative team. This position is ideal for a seasoned paralegal looking to cut back on current hours or desires more flexible hours and Saratoga Springs location or younger paralegal with requisite experience who is seeking more flexible hours due to family and/ or younger children and location in Saratoga Springs. This is an onsite job only (no remote option) and hours would be PT hours M-F.
Experience
- 2 years Paralegal experience in a real estate law office
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions
- Desire and ability to meet with clients in person and also discuss by phone matters related to each client's file with direction from supervising attorney.
- Proficiency in all clerical tasks required.
Pay: From $28,500.00 per year
