The Law Offices of David L. Carrier, P. Can Estate Planning and Elder Law firm with offices in Grand Rapids, Holland, Norton Shores, and Portage. Out team works together to preserve our clients’ assets, through superior estate planning documents, to avoid nursing home poverty.
Statement of Purpose:
The Client Service Event Coordinator for our Grand Rapids location, with some travel to our Holland, Norton Shores, Portage offices, and any other event centers as needed, will be our clients point of contact throughout the Estate Planning process. They will also be responsible for executing companywide events. The ideal candidate must have outstanding people skills, proven sales background, excellent follow-up skills, ability to multi-task, and genuinely want to impact someone’s life.
Objectives, tasks, duties, functions & responsibilities:
- Coordinate company events including but not limited to the company Christmas party and the annual Car Cruise
- All preparation and management of workshops including but not limited to, scheduling, registration, room set-up, ZOOM webinar, sign-up clients, and client follow-through the sales funnel, tracking results on excel, and achieving conversion goals.
- Partnering with the Client Service Supervisor to evaluate results, successes, and ideas for improvement.
- Client service – Answer, transfer, document calls. Create statements, accept payments, and draft letters.
- Administrative – Maintain clean office, order/monitor supplies, ensure the highest standards for our clients and team members.
Education Required: High School
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft office programs, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Has a heart for seniors and making a difference every day

Work Location: Your main office will be Grand Rapids with weekly travel to our locations in Holland, Norton Shores, Portage and any satellite events centers when needed
Hours: Full-time with up to two ½ day workshop Saturdays each month (those weeks ½ day off during the week)
