About the Firm
A growing law firm in Miami with a strong presence in land use, zoning, and real estate development is seeking a Land Use & Zoning Attorney for its team in the Miami office. The team represents developers, property owners, investors, and businesses on a wide range of complex land use and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle land use and zoning matters, including rezonings, variances, and special exceptions
- Represent clients before local boards, planning commissions, and government agencies
- Advise clients on zoning codes, permitting, and regulatory compliance
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and municipal officials
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – 250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
