Family Law Attorney – Austin, TX (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a highly respected and growing law firm with a strong reputation in family law, seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join their Austin office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to client needs.
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Work closely with partners and team members on sensitive and high-stakes family law matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- 3 years of family law experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while maintaining strong client relationships.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
