Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading as needed
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and professionalism
Experience
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, especially in roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant positions
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and data entry tasks is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
