About the Firm
We are a boutique litigation practice located in downtown Waxhaw, NC that values professionalism, collaboration, and practical results for our clients. The firm focuses primarily on estate litigation and fiduciary litigation in SC and NC.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a variety of legal matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal memoranda
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, trials, and client meetings as needed
- Work independently while collaborating with the firm when appropriate
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in NC or SC (both preferred)
- Prior litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, organizational, legal research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases with professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency
