Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for an Attorney located in Lexington, SC. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Daily tasks also include negotiation and providing defense strategies for clients in criminal cases.
Hours are 8:15 - 5:00 P.M., M-F.
Frequent court appearances required.
Qualifications
- SC Bar Membership w/ all 403 Trial Observation Requirements Completed
- No prior experience in criminal or injury law required- we will train as needed
