Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation and Review: Drafting and review of legal documents and correspondence.
• Case Organization and Management: Maintaining case files, organizing documents, and ensuring accurate records.
• Trial Preparation: Assisting with preparing exhibits, witness binders, and other materials for trials.
• Client and Third Party Communication: Communicating with clients and witnesses, gathering information, and keeping them informed.
• Filing and Service of Documents: Filing and serving documents with courts and third parties.
• Case Management: Assisting with case planning, development, and management.
• Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing correspondence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, witnesses, attorneys, and third parties in this fast paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: Maintaining accurate records and keeping files organized is essential as you assist in your own matters and the matters of the attorneys you will be working with.
