Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Farmington Hills, MI office.
This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.

What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
- Drafting settlement documents, e-filing, submitting settlement offer for client approval.
- Frequent written communication via Email with Opposing Counsel and Clients
- Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree (preferred).
- Prior law firm experience - required
- Basic knowledge of civil litigation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
