- Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems such as MDEC, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
- Conduct thorough document review and data entry to facilitate case management and litigation processes.
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
- Maintain filing systems for physical and electronic files related to family law, and other legal specialties.
