Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone or in-person to gather necessary information.
- Review and organize legal documents and assist in preparing cases for attorneys.
- Ensure all client information is accurately entered into the case management system.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on their case status.
- Collaborate with attorneys to schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of two years (2) years of experience in customer service.
- Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- US Work Authorization.
