Litigation Paralegal
Location: Greensboro, NC (5 Days Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation matters
- Prepare, draft, organize, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Assist with discovery, document review, and production processes
- Maintain and organize case files and litigation databases
- Coordinate court filings and track important deadlines
- Assist with deposition preparation, hearing preparation, and trial support
- Conduct factual research and gather case-related materials
- Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and outside vendors
- Manage calendars and support overall litigation strategy efforts
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
- Experience supporting complex litigation matters strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, with proficiency in legal technology, document management systems, and litigation support tools, while maintaining strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$60,000 – $100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
