Responsibilities:
- Handle a range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related issues
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and appear in court
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic legal guidance
- Collaborate with internal team members to drive successful outcomes
Qualifications:
- 2 years of family law experience
- Active California Bar license
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $300,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
