A growing Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join its pre-litigation team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience evaluating and onboarding personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
• Gather accident details and conduct initial case screening
• Follow established intake questionnaires and workflows
• Maintain accurate records and case information
Qualifications
• 2 years of intake or personal injury experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume case intake environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry abilities
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• Experience in Plaintiff PI preferred
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
