A highly respected and growing California law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Glendale office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated business disputes, taking ownership of cases, and working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop litigation strategy and provide legal analysis to clients.
- Handle all aspects of case management, including client communication and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license.
- 3 years of commercial, business, or civil litigation experience.
- Strong law and motion, discovery, and deposition experience.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
