Position: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Spring, TX & Dallas, TX
Description:
We are seeking two experienced attorneys to join our team, focusing on insurance defense matters. Ideal candidates will have a strong litigation background, excellent case management skills, and the ability to independently handle a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation, from inception to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Develop case strategies in collaboration with clients and senior attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and provide detailed risk assessments and reports to clients.
- Maintain high standards of client service and communication throughout the litigation process.
- Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Active bar license in Texas.
- 3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
- Strong writing, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
