Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Advise clients on deal structuring and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in transactional real estate law
- Strong background in commercial real estate transactions
- Portable book of business required
- Licensed to practice in California
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $350,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
