$130,000 - $230,000 base salary (dependent on experience and billing rates)

Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities
- Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
- Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar
- Strong drafting skills
- Highly team-oriented
- Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required
