Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney
Prestigious Manhattan law firm with a real estate-oriented practice is seeking an experienced (3-15 years) Associate or Counsel for a growing, sophisticated commercial real estate finance side practice. This is an ideal position for Biglaw or mid-sized firm attorneys to work on similarly sophisticated commercial real estate lending matters in a smaller group setting, more client contact, less hours and a better lifestyle. Salary in the $200K-$300K range, higher for those with portables. Firm encourages and supports the ability to grow your practice/move to equity in a short time period. The firm has seen exponential growth and a deep pipeline in Real Estate lending work and is very busy. Firm also handles some borrower side work, but most involve lenders side transactions.
