This full-time, in-person position is ideal for candidates with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act) or related legal case management experience who thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment.This role focuses on managing Lemon Law and consumer warranty cases from intake through settlement or litigation handoff, with an emphasis on compliance, organization, and exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage California Lemon Law cases from intake through settlement or litigation referralServe as the primary client liaison, providing regular case updates and educationReview and organize vehicle purchase agreements, warranties, repair orders, and service recordsTrack statutory deadlines, mileage thresholds, and repair attempt requirements under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty ActPrepare Lemon Law demand packages, notices, and supporting documentationCommunicate with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, defense counsel, and third partiesCoordinate inspections, expert evaluations, mediations, and hearingsMaintain accurate records in the firms legal case management systemCollaborate with attorneys and operations teams to ensure case readiness and valuation accuracyIdentify case risks, deficiencies, or compliance issues and escalate as neededRequired Qualifications2 years of Lemon Law, consumer protection, or legal case management experienceWorking knowledge of California Lemon Law procedures and timelinesExperience managing a high-volume legal caseloadStrong organizational, documentation, and deadline-tracking skillsProfessional, client-focused communication abilitiesPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act)Prior experience in a plaintiff-side law firmBilingual (Spanish preferred)Experience using CASEpeer or similar legal case management softwareStrong written communication and documentation skillsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8-hour shiftWork Environment: In-personCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on skills and experience)Sign-on bonus eligibility401(k)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid sick leaveWork Location RequirementsAbility to commute to Irvine, CA (required)Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA prior to start date (required)Equal Employment OpportunityMOET Law Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
