Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Established Manhattan law firm with a commercial real estate-oriented practice is seeking to add a mid-level to senior-level commercial real estate Associate or Counsel to its Real Estate Practice group. The right candidate has 3-10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on sales/acquisitions/dispositions, commercial leasing and either borrower or lender side finance. Prior work on Coop/Condo matters is a plus! Law firm is well known for their representation of sophisticated developers and other high-level clients and has a deep pipeline of work. Billable hours in the 1800-2000 (not a requirement); Prior experience with Joint Ventures and Operating Agreements is a major plus!
