What You’ll Do:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions
- Manage discovery, depositions, and mediations
- Advise clients on complex insurance coverage issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of defense litigation experience
- 3 years handling insurance coverage & bad faith matters
- Excellent writing, analysis, and client communication skills
- Licensed in Washington
