Associate Employment Defense Attorney – Pasadena, CA
A long-standing Pasadena firm is adding an Associate Attorney to its expanding employment defense team. You’ll work with seasoned litigators on complex, high-stakes matters while getting real mentorship and hands-on guidance.
About the Role
The attorney will represent employers and related entities in a wide range of employment law matters, including:
- Wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment claims
- ERISA and benefits litigation
- Defense of class actions and complex employment disputes
- Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, dispositive motions, and participating in depositions and mediations

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California Bar
- 1-4 years of employment defense or civil litigation experience preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 – $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
