Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a creditor’s rights practice, encompassing foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, collections, and related civil litigation.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
- Review and approve pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and legal analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, investor, and financial client guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with courts, trustees, opposing counsel, and institutional clients.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Arizona.
- 4 years of litigation experience in creditor’s rights, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or related financial services litigation.
- Strong knowledge of local court procedures, filing systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management capabilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $170,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
