Corporate Associate Attorney
Established law firm located in midtown Manhattan and in business for 75 years is looking to add a junior to mid-level attorney to their corporate practice group. The ideal candidate has 2 years of corporate associate level experience from a law firm setting, including M&A, securities, SPACs, due diligence, and general corporate/contracts work. Prior experience working with public companies is a major plus! No billable requirement, but corporate associates tend to put in 1500-1800 per year. Firm offers a very flexible hybrid, up to 4 days remote/1 day in the office, although attorneys are free to come in more often. For more senior attorneys looking for a lifestyle change, firm will consider 100% remote for the right individual. Salary in the $150K-$170K or higher range; full benefits.
