Manhattan law firm with a large corporate practice group is seeking an experienced transactional attorney with both public and private M&A experience for a senior-level associate or Counsel position. The right individual has 2 years of top corporate M&A experience, including large public company experience, knowledge of basic securities law, ability to oversee due diligence work of younger attorneys, and the ability to draft complex corporate documents. This is a well-paying position with one of the top corporate practices in Manhattan. Salary in the $175K to $350K range, 3/2 hybrid work schedule. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
