Prestigious Manhattan law firm with a sizeable corporate practice group is seeking an experienced M&A attorney with 3 years of law firm practice. The right individual has worked on public and private Mergers & Acquisitions, including all aspects of due diligence. Prior work on SPAC deals is a big plus, as is prior work on 33/34 Act securities cases! Firm offers a solid salary (in the $200K-$300K range, not including bonus), smaller practice groups, more hands-on training/mentoring, and a solid path to equity. Hybrid work policy.
