Commercial Real Estate Lending Associate Attorney

Prominent Manhattan law firm of some 45-attorneys and a storied history is seeking to hire an experienced attorney for their commercial real estate finance group. The right candidate has between 3-7 years of law firm lending experience representing banks in complex transactions, with a focus on construction loans and term debt. Knowledge of affordable housing transactions is a plus. Salary in the $175K-$250K range, not including bonus. Hybrid work schedule. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
