What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney- Associate- Business Litigation/Real Estate/Construction position at Law Firm?
Complex litigation group of a growing boutique law firm is seeking the following (must be FL barred with FL experience):
Responsibilities of the Business/Real Estate/Construction Litigation Associate:
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
- Take pride in work on a low volume complex caseload
- Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients
Requirements for the Litigation Associate:
- 2 - 4 years of litigation experience at a civil/commercial litigation law firm
- Licensed to practice law in Florida required
Looking for a motivated young attorney who wants to learn from senior attorneys and grow as a litigator. You will get hands on training on high stakes, high value litigation.
Compensation
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
