Role Description
The Search Engine Optimization Consultant – On-Site Position is a full-time role based at the firm’s Beverly Hills, CA office. The consultant will plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to increase the firm’s online visibility, organic traffic, and qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, researching and prioritizing legal-specific keywords, and collaborating with internal stakeholders or external vendors to implement on-page and off-page improvements. The role also involves setting up and monitoring analytics dashboards, interpreting performance data, and preparing clear reports with actionable recommendations. The consultant will continuously identify opportunities for link building, local SEO enhancements, AI and content optimization aligned with the firm’s practice areas and brand.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SEO Audits, including technical, on-page, and content assessments to identify issues and opportunities.
- Proficiency in AI tools to enhance SEO performance.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance, user behavior, and conversions.
- Demonstrated ability in Link Building strategies, including outreach, content-based link acquisition, and local SEO citation management.
- Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing fundamentals and alignment of SEO with broader branding and lead-generation goals.
- Familiarity with common SEO and analytics platforms (e.g., SEMrush) and basic understanding of HTML/CMS systems such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings in clear, accessible language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site professional environment.
- Prior experience in professional services, legal marketing, or similar fields is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
