Role Description
Lavish Event Rentals is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse functions and support seamless event execution. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely preparation and delivery of rental items for events.
Key Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing receiving and quality control, managing packing and loading schedules, and coordinating transportation logistics. The ideal candidate will lead and train warehouse personnel, enforce safety standards, and collaborate closely with the sales and event teams to ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
The successful candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and experienced in warehouse operations, logistics, or event production. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
-3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management (event rental industry required).

-Valid driver’s license; ability to operate box trucks or willingness to learn.
