We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and love helping create memorable events, this could be a great fit.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (on-site)
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and assisting clients
- Take and manage customer orders accurately
- Maintain organized records through data entry
- Follow up with clients prior to events for final details
- Support daily administrative operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
- Canva experience is a plus
