Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring plans, critical skills and long-term hiring needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, offer development and negotiation.
- Build proactive talent attraction strategies that enhance candidate pipelines and employer brand visibility.
- Be a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability and competitive insights to influence decisions.
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes, metrics and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system to support metrics and compliance and ensure process alignment with all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and participate in teams to implement and be a change champion for enhancements.
- 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior and niche role recruitment.
- Success building strategic partnerships with business leaders and managing complex hiring portfolios.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles, with a focus on leadership and niche positions, and developing/negotiating offers for those roles.
- Capability to manage complex priorities with strategic focus and flexibility.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
