About The Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for review of monthly performance and financial operations for the Corporate Center organization, inclusive of restructuring activities. You will provide analysis to support the monthly financial closing process, development of the monthly forecast, and the annual business plan activities. You will report to the Manager Corporate FP&A Controller and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support development of the 5-year strategic plan for Corporate Center through the preparation and approval of functional budgets, headcount & compensation analysis, allocation development, and cash flow forecasting
- Analyze monthly actuals and prepare forecasts for EBITDA, Cash Flows and investments within Corporate Center and Restructuring
- Provide report of monthly performance to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Work with the Business Reporting & Analytics team and accelerate finance transformation through reporting automation for monthly close, forecasting and operating review analysis
- Perform Ad hoc analysis to support complex and evolving business decision-making
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of broadly based accounting or finance work
- CPA preferred
- SAP and Think Cell knowledge preferred
