We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the capital stage‑gate process in a 1‑year hybrid position based in St. Paul, MN. You will play a critical part in keeping projects moving by serving as a centralized coordination and documentation resource for the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to engineers to gather required inputs and supporting documentation
- Complete and updating stage‑gate intake forms and supporting materials
- Track project progress through the capital approval process and maintaining accurate status records
- Coordinate with stage‑gate and finance teams when scopes, schedules, or budgets change
- Ensuring documentation is complete
- Follow up on missing information and auditing documentation for accuracy
- Be the important point of coordination between engineering, finance, and other team members
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Project coordination or administrative support experience
- Utility or construction background is a plus but not required
