About The Role
As a Fuel Engineering Intern you will be working on high-fidelity neutronics modeling and uncertainty quantification.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply the fission matrix approach
- Train on reactor physics, microreactor technologies, and methods development
- Exposure to the work of other research units within the larger division
- Daily activity will consist of computer modeling and method development
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus in materials science or a related discipline
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Complete at least sophomore year of undergraduate studies
- Experience with material properties and behavior, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristics
