We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Fence Installer/Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of fences and performing general labor tasks on job sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required. A valid REAL ID is necessary for this position. This is a paid position suitable for individuals seeking hands-on work experience in construction and fencing.
Duties
- Assist with the installation of various types of fences according to project specifications
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, measuring, and setting up materials
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies needed for fencing projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, lifting, and moving materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid REAL ID for employment purposes
- Prior experience in fencing or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills; bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
